I have an Trello account under a company email which was deleted before I had a chance to transfer lists from my board. I have the option to sent a recovery password through my Atlassian account but he problem is it would send the recovery email to my Google account which was deleted and I have no access to.
Can I get access to Atlassian account of the the recovery password be sent to a new email? I really need to get into Trello and transfer/share boards to my new Trello account.
@Renato Fagaraz I have a similar issue - I know my email and password but when I try login, it takes me to my old employer's webpage to login as they held the licence for trello. Is there any way I can login another way? I am happy to pay for my own subscription of course.
Hi @Samantha Corral !
I absolutely see how frustrating this situation is. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can only use the email address linked to your account for verification and recovery. This means if you don't have access to your old email inbox, we can't send the recovery password to a new email.
Your best option would be to reach out to your former employer and see if they can temporarily reactivate your old email address. Once it's active, you can reset your password at https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.
I know this isn't the ideal solution, but we take account security very seriously and have to follow these precautions. If you have any other questions or need further help, just let me know!

My former employer definitely has no plans to reactivate my email address. I have asked and as he said he is cutting costs. I really do not know how else I can log in. Is there any other solution?

Oh, that's too bad.
The only workaround I have to suggest is checking if you're still logged in on any other devices, such as a mobile phone. If you are, you could create a new account and invite it to any boards you have to avoid losing anything.
Beyond that, you can't really regain access until that email address is reactivated.
