Can a non-admin delete the board?

Since we can't find the board admin on the company's trello board, we can't do it nothing. How can we delete this board or how to assing admin?

If you are unable to get the board admin to give others permissions to delete the board, you should probably contact the Trello Support team, which you can do at the bottom link of this page: https://trello.com/en/contact#/

The community members aren't really equipped to help with these types of issues.
