Can no longer create boards on trello

Hello,

I am a free user of trello and I was under the impression that you can create an unlimited amount of boards for free.

When I go to create a new board, I am prompted to select a background for the board.  I select my background and but I hit the create button to make the board, my mouse pointer turns to a mini circle with a slanted line through it.  I am unable to create anymore boards. 

Any advice?

When I start typing the board name the Create Board button turns green and is clickable.
