Can't add a card to Trello board using Outlook Add-in (Android)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to add cards to a board from my Android tablet using the Outlook Trello add-in. The Trello add-in works fine from my desktop and laptop pc computers. When using my Android tablet it will open up a window where you would normally select the subject etc, and save the card to the board but it is blank. Screenshot attached and apologies in advance for the sloppy redaction work. It's Android 8.1.0 and Microsoft Office 365 for Android version of Outlook. I have the Trello app installed on my tablet and it works fine as a stand alone so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
