Can't add an emoji reaction to a comment. Loads forever.

When I'm trying to add an emoji as a reaction to a comment, it loads forever and does not allow me to select any emoji. This feature seems broken and has been so for quite some time on Android and web. Any ideas what's going on here?

Hello. It works perfectly for me. It seems like a local problem on your computer or network.
Have you tried restarting your computer?
Sometimes cookies can play tricks on you too.
