Can't add any power ups to a board where I'm the administrator

I'm trying to add the Card Repeater power-up to one of my boards.

I am the board administrator and have previously added the Google Drive power-up.

However, when I try to add any new power-ups, the "Add" button doesn't show.

Is this an account permissions issue? There is no indication in the UI that I need to upgrade.

@DJ ScruggsIf you are using the free Trello, there's a limit to the number of Power-Ups you can have on a board.  See https://help.trello.com/article/810-enabling-power-ups on the limits.
