Can't buy Trello Premium "Please enter a valid tax number" in Spain

So I am trying to buy the Trello Premium tier but I am not able because it says that I must enter a valid tax number. Keep in mind, we tested all the DNI or VAT number of all the people at the office and they didn't work. We also tested variants like starting with ESXXXX and the like. 

As it appears, then the app cannot calculate sales tax so I cannot continue to payment. 

Is Trello not available to purchase in Spain?

Hi @Nacho - we validate VAT IDs via the following service:

https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

You should be able to leave the field blank, or see if your VAT ID is valid at the link above.  Can you confirm if the VAT you have shows as valid at the website above?  Or, if you leave it blank, does the checkout work for you?

One common problem is leaving the "ES" at the beginning of the VAT ID if you were doing that - you may want to try leaving the ES off of the front of the VAT ID to see if that helps.
