Can't connect Planyway with Trello

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I tried to add the Planyway power-up but it doesn't show on my board.
It appears as already connected on the side bar but it doesn't show anywhere on my board.

Hello @Ana Clara Couto, It's Tania from Planyway, I'm sorry to know about the trouble. We've noticed that some macOS users lost the Planyway buttons lately. If you're using the Trello desktop app for macOS, the reinstallation of the Trello app should help. If you're on Safari, try to clear the browser cache and check if that would help. Let me know how it goes.
