Can't drag and drop emails from new outlook into trello cards

Since moving to 'new outlook' recently, I can no longer drag an email from outlook (desktop app) into a trello card (browser version, on latest version of chrome). When I drag it to the card, it just whites out the card entire card with message saying 'drop files to upload' and gets stuck on that forever, unless I reload the whole page. When I do, there is no email attached. 

I tried the same email from old outlook app and works fine still. How to fix this?

1. Update Outlook and Chrome:

   • Ensure both Outlook and Chrome are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, compatibility issues arise from outdated software.

2. Clear Browser Cache:

   • Clear your Chrome browser cache. This can often resolve issues with web applications.
   • Go to Chrome settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

3. Use Trello’s Email-to-Board Feature:

   • Instead of dragging and dropping, you can forward the email to your Trello board’s unique email address. This will create a card with the email content.
   • Find your board’s email address in Trello by going to Menu > More > Email-to-board settings1 

4. Check for Browser Extensions:

   • Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with Trello or Outlook.

5. Try a Different Browser:

   • If the issue persists, try using a different browser like Firefox or Edge to see if the problem is specific to Chrome.
