Can't move a card to another board

Hi All,

I have two boards were i'm working with. Those boards are shared with my cliënt. Only when I want to move a card from one board it won't let me. But the weird thing is that it is possible of the mainboard to move cards to the second board. Is there a setting that I have to change so that it is possible on both boards?

It could be that one of those boards is part of an Enterprise where there are security restrictions, so you can move cards into the Enterprise board, but not out of it.

Some things that come to my mind 

1. Check Board Permissions

• Ensure that both boards have the same permission settings. If one board is set to "Private" and the other is "Public" or "Workspace-visible," it may affect your ability to move cards.
• To check the board permissions:
  • Open the board.
  • Click on Show Menu on the right side.
  • Click on More > Settings > Change Visibility.
  • Ensure both boards are set to the same visibility (e.g., both should be "Workspace-visible" if they are part of the same workspace).

2. Check Card Permissions

• If the cards are assigned to different members or if there are restrictions on who can move cards, this could be causing the issue.
• Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to move cards on both boards.

3. Check for Board Restrictions

• Sometimes, boards may have restrictions on moving cards based on certain criteria (like lists or labels). Check if there are any rules or automation set up that might prevent moving cards from one board to another.

4. Workspace Settings

• If both boards are part of the same workspace, check the workspace settings to ensure there are no restrictions on moving cards between boards.
• Go to the workspace settings and review the permissions for members and guests.
