Can you assign specific members to a card so only they can see it?

Unfortunately for this, as far as I know, card visibility is governed completely by board visibility: That is, if someone can see a board, that someone can also see all the cards on that board. The only exception is if the card in question is a mirror card whose source card resides on a board that the someone cannot see.
