I’ve got a question: for one of my online courses I created a Trello board template that students can copy.
One of the students emailed me because she doesn’t want other observers of the board to see her name (she also doesn’t want to see the names of the other students)
Is there a way to hide the names of board observers for privacy reasons?
I haven’t found these settings anywhere.
Hi @Lotte
Welcome to the community,
Cigdem from Hipporello here. I don't think you can do that. One workaround I can suggest is to use the Card Share Power-Up that allows you to publish card contents on a web portal.
You can choose to proceed with the "sharing publicly" option and your students will be able to view cards using the URL you share with them. No one will be able to view each other's name/other information in that case. The way the power-up works is by sharing cards individually and that might take a bit of time if you have too many cards though.
Here's an example of how a card looks on web portal:
Hope that helps,
Let me know if you have any questions,
Thank you for tue extensive answer but I’ve got lots of cards on this board and many lists so this wouldn’t work in this case. Nevertheless I really appreciate your help in trying to find a solution!

Yes, that might be tricky with too many cards. Hope you can find a solution. Good luck!
