Can you insert or build a table in the decription space on a card and then fill in details

I want to use a table in the description section of a card and then insert necessary details.
This then saved as a template card to be copied and used for recurring orders.
EG:

Unfortunately, although tables are a part of the markdown standard, they are not supported by Trello.

You can however embed tables/spreadsheet links as a workaround...

You can even edit this directly in Trello if the link is set to edit
