Hi, I am looking to cancel my Trello premium free trial as I am not using it and I do not want to be charged when it renews soon. Despite my effort I have not been able to cancel it as the cancel button is not appearing under the billing section.
The Premium free trial will end automatically at the end of 14-day trial period, unless you add your credit card details and setup billing.
If you did add your credit card, then you can cancel by going to the billing tab https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/
Same here Megan I have spent over six months looking how to cancel and being auto charged $21 a month - so sick of this!!
