Cannot view Boards in Microsoft Teams desktop app

I cannot view my Trello Boards in the Microsoft Teams desktop app.  The tabs are listed in the tab bar, but when I click on the tab nothing happens.  If I remove a tab, I cannot add it again from the Teams desktop app (even though the Board remains in Trello).

I can, however, view my Trello Boards using the Teams web app (accessed from my desktop using Chrome), and also add and remove tabs.

My IT team say Trello functionality in Microsoft Teams is fully enabled and they cannot replicate this issue.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, how was it fixed?
