Cards invisible in list

I am not sure what I did. But, on one board, all the cards in the lists are suddenly missing. In the lists, all I can see is how many cards are in that list (2 cards, 3 cards, etc.). The cards themselves are not shown. I ended up having to recreate the entire board.

What did I do incorrectly and how can I get the cards back? Thanks.
