Change the name of a Board

I want to edit the name of a board. I've followed the instructions but when I click on the Board name a dialogue box doesn't appear. I am the Admin.

@Nick Parkin are you the admin of the team or the admin of the board? If you're a team admin it doesn't make you automatically the admin of all boards in that team.

Did you try these steps? This is in the web browser (I'm using Chrome)

Click on the Board and open it.  Click on the Board Name. Dialog box should open.
