Changing boards between accounts

I am leaving my current job and would like to transfer my current boards to my private account, how do I do this? My current boss is not happy about this and being very awkward! but I need this information for me to continue.

@Shannon Delaney you can just create additional Trello accounts, they're free :) You only pay when you want to upgrade a team to business class or enterprise.
