Comments no longer visible

Members of the workspace (even admin) can no longer see or make any comments in cards. I can still see the comments. Can you please help me so they can see the comments again.

Is there some contact to Trello support I could use?

A new cardback design is being tested where the comments appear on the right panel. You have to click the rightmost button in the bottom of the card (see image below) to see the comments panel
