Content in old account and like to copy to new account

I don't have access to my old work email account signed into Trello and I had access to a board on "Tech Tools" . I would like to copy it to my new email account.

Hope you are doing well.

If you have access to the board, you can move the board to a new account using the below instructions - 

https://help.trello.com/article/1104-how-to-transfer-boards-to-a-new-account 

Unfortunately, if you do not have access to the board, you will need to try and get access to the email associated with that board, so you can log in and move the board.
