Copy board not showing up

Hi everyone! I'm trying to copy a public board to be able to edit/make my own and when I click Show Menu the about this board to find copy board -- the board and user info comes up but no option to copy the board. I was sent the board to specifically be able to copy and edit but there is no option available. This is a public board. The option to copy isn't showing up on other boards either. I'm not sure if there's something in my settings I need to switch but I can't figure it out. I'm logged in as well. I've logged out and logged back in to try, too.  Thanks in advance!

Are you able to see the 'Copy board' option after you press the back arrow, then 'More'?
