Our company is about 40 people. Different colleagues have different involvement in Trello. Wonder if we could have 30 premium accounts and 10 standard/free accounts under the same organisation?

From what I understand, you're wanting to purchase a paid workspace, and you'd like 30 user licenses within that workspace. For the 30 paid users, you would add them as workspace members within your paid workspace. These 30 users will have access to all non-private boards within the workspace. For the remaining 10, you can just add them to the boards they need to see. These 10 users will be considered guests. However, if you add a guest to multiple boards in the workspace, they'll become a multi-board guest and you'll need to pay for them (they'll be billed the same as a regular workspace member).
