Creating tasks from emails no longer works

We were creating tasks by forwarding emails, but now all ouf of sudden, we started receiving errors: Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Emails are less then 10 MB in size.

Are there any limits on the board which was reached? Checking board settings couldn't find any.
