Creation of a card from an email of any user of the company.

How to make it so anyone who sends an email can create cards. Allow emails from the company domain only.

Following the example as implemented in Jira Software.

Hi,
There is an e-mail to board settings when you click to board settings. But it has not a limitation as you describe. You can try Hipporello Power-up. It has an e-mail to board feature that you can limit to access a specific group as you describe. When you create an email, you should create a new access policy and make it private by domain address.
