Is there a way to have a custom comments field? The idea is that the comments bar would self populate the same custom field every time. And this would need to work on Trello App(if possible)

I would like the comments bar to have a series of line items that need to be filled out, for example:

Date

Time in

Time out

Team Members Present

Work performed

etc.

etc.

You may want to take a look at the Amazing Fields Powerup .  It allows you to add items like this that need to be filled out on a card.

Hi Allen, its on the right track but its not quite the solution.

The other problem I just noticed... its doesn't work on mobile Trello
