Hello. I have deleted a couple of members from my board so I can see there are now only 8 , but when I try to add new members it says I still have my maximum of 10 in my workspace. Can anyone help me with this pls? Thanks.

Do you have additional boards in your workspace? If yes then they could be associated with other boards. You can remove members at the workspace level which removes them from all boards. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/removing-collaborators-from-free-workspaces/
