Does somebody know how to fuse boards from 2 different emails (acc's)?

I have two acc's @Alen. On the first acc, I have only 2 boards and on the other acc, I have more than that. Is it now possible to fuse those boards so that I only have one acc? 
Is it possible 'to copy' the board or to move/shift the boards to the other acc?

I am more than happy if someone knows the answer!
