I just signed up for the Premium trial and it seems that only one of my workspaces is on premium, the others are still at the free version level.
If I end up purchasing premium will I be able to use multiple workspaces at the premium level? If yes, is there an integrated calendar view for all of them? Right now the calendar is only for one workspace.

Trello Premium subscription works at the workspace level and not at the account level. (Note: when you upgrade a workspace to the Premium plan, all members of that workspace will be billed. This page explains the billing in more detail)
You are right, in that the Calendar view covers only one workspace.
