Is it possible to download Trello attachments into the program on an iPad for local access when there is no internet available? It would be very helpful due to the fact that I am frequently out of internet coverage.

Right now, that feature isn’t available within Trello on the app. I’ll pass your interest in this on to our team for consideration though, as I understand it would be useful to access attachments offline as well.
