Hi ppl!
I would like to substitute email and messaging app with Trello as a place to ask my colleagues and external partners a question (Card), get answers (Comments) and conclude conversation (Done list).
To make this acceptable for all sides, the content of our exchange within individual card (headline, description and comments) should be emailed to everyone once it reaches status Done.
Do you know how to set this automation in Trello?
Thanks :)
Mateja
Many thanks all!!
Hi @Mateja Zivadinovic 👋 Welcome to the community!
Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up. I think you might be interested in our Power-Up.
Our Power-Up allows you to integrate your existing email with Trello. This means you can send and receive emails directly from your Trello board, while incorporating all the Trello perks and collaboration features of Trello.
You can also use automation to automatically send an email based on a trigger - like when a card is added to a certain list (e.g. 'Done' list). By including variables you can automatically pull any data from your card into your email when it is sent.
Here are a few features that you might find useful:

Hello @Mateja Zivadinovic
Cigdem from Hipporello here. We have a set of Power-Ups and in most of them inclusion of non-Trello stakeholders and communication with them is a key feature. I believe we can solve your problem with either the Trello Card Share Power-Up or the Service Desk Power-Up.
Feel free to book a demo on our website to learn more or ask your questions.

You can try looking into hipporello power up. It has a nice conversation feature that you can activate for each card. This is a powerful power up that you can use to turn your Trello board into a app, web portal, private share, etc.
