Email from Trello and using Trello email to receive responses back to board

Hi, I'm trying to either email clients from within Trello, and then get their responses back to their board, or email clients from Gmail and get responses back to their board.

I have setup email forwarding on receipt of a clients email in Gmail to their board using the Trello board address.

What would be nice is when I use Gmail to send to a client it automatically puts their board address as a BCC. Trying to remember whose Trello address is whose is a problem!

Or find an app for Trello to send out in a similar way as Gmail, but within the clients board.

I'm simply trying to close the loop with emails and replies so I don't miss one.

Any ideas?

I recently got this live in the Gsuite marketplace, too, but it isn't verified by Google yet so you might see a big ugly error if you try to install it:

I also have an extension to this called BenkoDesk (website coming soon!) that allows you to connect multiple Benko Board accounts together so you can share an email address (as a replacement for things like HelpScout or FreshDesk).

Have you tried using Trello comments to achieve this? It will log everything on the card and keep it in the board, and the users don't have to actually log in to Trello, they can just reply to the notification email that they get.
