Email notifications

Hello. We have really big state and a lot of conversations and comments in cards, and every of them creates notifications. So we have a lot of garbage in mailboxes.

But we need notifications only from system analytics. 

Is it possible to send email notifications ONLY for marked people?

@Дмитрий Мальяков welcome to the community! Trello doesn't off the ability to customize what activity you'll be notified of - it's either all or nothing. One way to cut down on notificaitons is to un-watch cards:




Moving forward, you can un-check the option to watch cards when commenting:



(this will be applied to all comments you make moving forward).

If you want to cut back on notifications even further, one workaround would be to turn off email notifications altogether and create custom notifications using butler automation. You can set this up so that when something happens in Trello, for example, someone is @mentioned in the comments of a card, or a card is almost due, butler will send a slack message or email.

Hi.

You can edit notification scheme for project.

For example, for issue commented you can send notification only to Reporter (or email adress) 

Now I see it's trello, sorry ;)
