At the moment, there isn't a way to remove the embedded YouTube video when you add a YouTube link as a comment on a card. I’ll pass your interest in this on to our team for consideration—let me know if there's any additional info you'd like for me to send their way!
As a workaround, you could delete the added comment (with the embedded video), and repost the link with the https:// removed (e.g. www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaDf1RqeLfo).
You should still be able to click the link, which will open the YouTube video in a new tab.
