Emmanuel Katto : Trello Asking to Start a New Account After I Updated My Computer – Any Fixes?

Hi all, I' Emmanuel Katto, recently updated my computer, and now when I try to log into Trello, it’s asking me to start a new account. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any tips or fixes to get my old account back? Thanks in advance!

When this happens, it typically means that you're trying to log in with an email address that is slightly different from the email address that is associated with your Trello account. Do you have another email address you could try logging in with?
