Hi! My company's board keeps getting a message telling us we have exceeded the ten-person limit to our board, but we have less than ten people on the board. I can't figure out what the problem is. Can anyone help?
The 10 user limit is per workspace and not per board. You might have 10 people across multiple boards in your workspace. See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
Hi! This message usually means that more than ten people have access to the board, not just the ones you can see directly. Check the board's permissions or share settings — it might be shared with a group or team that includes more than ten users. Let me know if you'd like help checking that
