Files downloaded from Trello won't open

Since the new version was released, every .ppt file I download won't open in PowerPoint and every .doc file I download won't open in Word. I just get an error message:

I've tried logging out of Trello and back in again but no luck. Files I downloaded from the previous version of Trello and other files on my computer are fine.

Hi @Jo Pugh , welcome to the Atlassian Community, and let's try to get Trello downloading Word and PowerPoint docs successfully again.

This seems to be a recurring or known bug as found in this thread from a few years back. Also, it looks like one of our Atlassian Partners Adam has a Power-Up that will fix your issue too. The Power-Up can be found at this link right here.
