If you log into Trello before the deadline mentioned in your email, your account will not be deleted automatically. This gives you more time to decide whether you want to keep your Trello account or delete it yourself at a later date.
If you do not log in and your account is deleted after the inactivity period:
You will be removed from all Trello boards. If you were the only admin on a board with multiple members, that board will no longer have an admin. In this case, another board member would need to contact Trello support to have a new admin assigned.
If you were the last member on a board, the board itself will be deleted. For paid Workspaces, a Workspace admin can join the board and assign a new admin if needed.
