We are searching for a more functional form integration for our internal graphics requests. Right now, our staff can submit a google form requesting graphics and that populates a card in Trello. The current iteration of our process is pretty messy and we want to clean up how the information is populated. We would love a checklist for assets and instructions that are easier to read. Just wondering if anyone has had success with using Trello to manage a ticketing system? We are willing to move away from google forms if there is a better option.
Maybe check out https://www.hipporello.com/ - it's a Power-Up that lets you configure a service desk portal, which will populate a Trello board. Sounds like that could work for your use-case.
Hi @Kalie Hudson , Michaela from Integromat here, welcome to the community!
So, you're looking for a way of grabbing info from a form and pushing it into a Trello card, right? You could quite easily achieve this using Integromat. It's a no-code automation tool that lets you connect your Trello account to pretty much any other online service.
There is actually a pre-made template that might be helpful here. What happens is that Integromat watches for new Google Forms submissions and creates new Trello cards when the responses come in.
(just a side note: the template is also available for e.g. Cognito Forms, Wofoo, and Typeform)
If you're looking to update an existing Trello card rather than creating a new one, you can use the 'Edit a Card' action instead. To see the full list of currently available features of the Trello integration (i.e. triggers, actions, pre-made templates), you can check out its integration page.

You can try the Hipporello Service Desk for this. With Hipporello, you can design forms to your needs with its intuitive form builder. Next, you can either publish forms on your Hipporello portal or embed them on a website.
Every form submission appears as a card -ticket- on your Trello board for your team to handle. And if you need to do so, you can communicate with the clients who have submitted forms from within the Trello card. Hope that helps!

My new favourite is Contalist that has web form that goes directly to any board and you can do email using templates and some automation. Has been recommending this for clients and doing some other automation for them.
