Dear Trello, we a group of 50 members created a board with around 15 lists. We are automatically upgraded to the business class version..
But, we are actually not interested in the business class (and here the question: would in this business class version every Member pay 10 £ or only one of us?)
What happens at the end of the free trial of the business class? Do we need to declare that we want to keep the free version?
Do we keep our boards how it is now and use them with our 50 members (all as admins), if we stay with the free version or would something change?
very thankful for every answer:) because we have done a lot of already, it would be very difficult to re- organize.
kindly
Hi Ayse,
Thanks for reaching out!
With Trello Business Class, you are charged on a monthly or yearly basis based on the number of members in that Workspace. This means, you would pay for 50 users, as that's how many members are in your Workspace. You can view our pricing here: https://trello.com/pricing
If you do not cancel before the trial ends (and we have your credit card details), you will be automatically placed on a paid subscription. If you cancel before then, you'll downgrade to a free subscription.
Some things will change if you were to downgrade to a free subscription.
If you downgrade from Business Class to free, you'll will still have access to Business Class features and unlimited boards until the end of the prepaid service period.
At the end of the prepaid service period, your Workspace will become a free Workspace which has a limit of 10 boards open at a time – the 10 most active team boards will remain open, the others will be closed but not deleted. You'll be able to close boards or [move them to a different Workspace (https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-team-to-which-a-board-belongs) before the payment period ends.
You can read more about what would change here:
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
All the best,
Lara

@Ayse you wouldn't have been automatically upgraded to Business Class, there is an option when you create an account to continue without business class.
If you only have one board you don't need it unless you need more Butler commands or power ups anyway, so you can just cancel your Business Class subscription.
