Getting added to a workspace and adding other members

The creator of 2 specific workspaces has tried adding myself and other members but we're unable to view the boards. How can we get added to the workspaces?

If you have been added to the Workspace, then they need to set the Boards visibility to "Workspace" level - see this page:
