Getting card cover image to display underneath a card title

I really like the idea of card covers. However I find it really unintuitive to see the image before I see the title/header of the card itself, especially since this means all the labels also go underneath the image rather than above it. Is there a way to make it display with the title above the image instead?

I'd really like to be able to customize this in the future, it seems like a pretty simple thing that I'd want to see the title of a card and then an image rather than the other way around.
