Has anyone had problems with their label names disappearing off the labels?

We have several labels for specific tasks of progress through tickets and there have been two occasions now that some of the label names have disappeared and no one has been in the program removing labels. Is there a way to see the history of activity to check that?

Hi @Lynda Leppert - sorry to hear this is happening to you. I did a bit of reading on this and one solution may be to clear your browsing cache. Can you try that and let me know if your labels return? Thanks!

thank you for your suggestion. I tried clearing it for 24h since it had happened most recently yesterday and did not see the label return. I also tried clearing the last 7 days and also did not see the label return.

Another interesting thing I found the activity log and there is no record of me applying the label that is gone. So I wonder if someone accidentally deleted it instead of removing it there would also be no record of the activity. Does deleting a label remove all evidence of the activity ever applicable to that label in the activity log? That's not very helpful to recreate events.

Hi @Jodi LeBlanc just wanted to let you know we figured out what the problem was. Some of the people using the board were deleting the label instead of just removing it from the card we didn't know though since it didn't show in the general activity log only on that person's activity log. So until we looked at one of their's specifically we weren't able to see what was happening. Good news is it is not Trello. Thank you for your help.
