The new Trello card layout has been extremely difficult to adjust to and put me in a bit of a panic mode. I’ve always loved Trello for its clean, single-box layout that let me see everything on a card at once, especially since I rely heavily on Power-Ups and Automations.
Now, with the new design, everything is split into separate sections, and I have to click through different tabs or menus just to access things I used to see at a glance. It feels incredibly inefficient and disjointed and the opposite of what made Trello so great in the first place.
Is there any way to switch back to the old card layout, or is a toggle being considered? The new UI has honestly made me question whether I can keep using Trello at all, which is just so incredibly disheartening after so many years of relying on it.
Thanks in advance for any help or clarity.
I have the same question/request. Our Trello users would like a way to switch between the old and new version, partly because the window size isn't adjustable and only a small portion of the messages is displayed.
Thanks in advance for any help or clarity.
I couldn't agree more. This last change does not integrate with the workflows that have been established around the established layout that has been in use for years.
The whole idea of a KanBan style borad it to be able to see everything at a glance. This is not longer possible becuase of the way Trello is broken into sections which need to be interrogated separately.

Someone posted this which I found helpful to revert back to "older" view - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/How-can-I-restore-the-previous-version-and-look-of-trello/qaq-p/3057726

Unfortunately, the Beta button has now been removed for me. I'd be interested in knowing how it worked for you yesterday.

Hi Jane, so I'm not sure about your setup but I'm on a mac and I'm using Trello through the app (instead of the browser)
On top right of the app, there's a purple button that says "Beta"
If you're not in Beta, then this button is going to say "Announcement"
I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like on my end. I hope this helps

Thanks for taking the time to support me Vishal.
I am using desktop Trello on my Pixelbook so I downloaded the app but still the Beta and/or Announcement are still missing. I work in the UK which might account for something.
Guess I'll have to wait until the rebellion is deafening for Atlassian and we get a good result. Thanks again.
