Help with: How to manage several workmen on different project with Trello?

Does anybody have a template or some advice for managing several workmen, carpenters, plumbers, bricklayers e.g on several home building project with Trello. 

The task is to monitor each project advance and secure that no task is forgotten and also reduce miscommunication between the involved.
