We have had HelpScout as a power-up for some time. It's randomly stopped under our power-ups despite the fact that it's showing as being added in our settings. Below are screenshots 1) showing that it is added and 2) not showing up under our power-ups.
I have tried deleting it and adding it back in and that did not work. I also tried adding it to a new board and that did not work.
UPDATE: I reached out to HelpScout and they advised nothing has changed on their end but they confirmed it didn't work for them either. Here is a console error I'm seeing:
I've had this issue for quite some time. I would love to get an update when there is one as this is a crucial part of my team's processes.

Thanks for reporting this! I saw that there is a bug report opened to dev team for this as other users are experiencing the same issue.

Sounds like you have other reports of this, but wanted to register my team's need for this functionality to be restored as well. Confirmed with HelpScout that their systems are still operational.
