I have lost all access to my Trello boards on both my personal and work email. I now have to create a new account and need all the old work I have collected over the past 3 years.
Hi there! Typically this means that the Trello account you've been using was set up with a different email address than the one you've just signed in with, and that you've accidentally created a new account instead of logging into your old one.
Do you have a different email address you could try? For example, if you just logged in with a personal email address, could you try logging in with the one you use for work, or vice versa?

How many Workspaces are involved?
Are or were there any other members involved in either workspace or on singular boards?
Is the account functional? I.e you can visit /u/yourusername or /w/yourworkspace/account?
It might be helpful if we could narrow down the issue.
In my experience, barring serious system outages, I've not seen all boards on two accounts just disappear.
