How can I clean up card view on mobile?

Is there a way to clean up the view of the cards while on mobile?  I have a bunch of cards with checklists on them, but on mobile, all of the card editing options are listed above the checklists, so it is quite the mess.  This first screenshot shows how the card opens on mobile with Member permissions:

Ideally, it would be identical to the view that Observers have, where it is only the Title, Description, and then the checklists.  Screenshot of opening the card on mobile with Observer permissions:

The other option would be to somehow allow Observers to check/un-check the checklists without have any other editing options on the cards.  Is that possible?

Anyone have any other ideas?  Thanks ahead of time!

Right now, there isn't a way to change the appearance of cards in the mobile app, and there isn't a way to allow Observers to check/uncheck checklist items.
