How can I move a Trello board that is currently on my workspace to the workspace of another person?

I set up a Trello Board for project management with a client and a few team members. Now I am leaving the client but they need to work with the board in the future too, without me being on it. How can I move a Trello board that is currently on my workspace to the workspace of another person and delete myself out of it completely, without the borad being lost for my ex-client?
