How can I solve the problem with attachment error winmail.dat from Outlook?

My cards that are made from Outlook with attachments has a problem, the archives are corrupted as the format winmail.dat.Since May-8 I have the problem with attachments made from Outlook 2016. I just did this procedures, but nothing solve my problem: https://help.trello.com/article/774-emailed-attachments-show-up-as-winmaildat-file

Someone have a solution to this problem?

Thanks for your question.

If the card is shown as a winmail.dat file, that's what is being sent to Trello. There's no way that our side could have an impact on this since we don't generate these kinds of files, only Outlook does.
