How can i return access to my account?

Hi! Today my account in Trello has been deactivated. I have noticed some info embedded into URL: Blocked by Atlassian due to business wind down within region. But i live in Yerevan (Armenia) already three years and my email also registered in Armenia location.

How can i return access to my account?
